Pricing

Every price, on the page.

Start on the rung your business can carry today. Move up when the return has paid for it. Month to month, no contracts, no setup fee on the retainers.

How this is meant to work

Each one funds the next.

These are not separate products competing for the same budget. They stack. Your profile is the cheapest way to start showing up at all, and the calls it brings in are what pays for the step after it. From there the SEO rungs widen what competes: one service, then every service you sell, then the towns around you as well. Ads sit alongside any of them when you need work sooner than search can deliver it.

So the question is not which package to buy. It is which rung pays back fastest from where you are standing right now, and then letting that return fund the next one. Almost nobody should be buying the top of this list on day one, and almost nobody should still be on the bottom of it in three years. Each rung is priced so the one below it can pay for it.

Monthly

Ongoing work, cheapest first.

These are ladders, not packages. Most businesses start on one rung and move up when it has paid for itself.

  • Your listing competes. Your website does not.

Your website is fine and your profile is not. The cheapest way in and the fastest to move.

  • The slot above the ads and above the map.

Licensed trades that qualify. Billed per lead rather than per click, so a click that goes nowhere is free.

  • One service, in your city.

Pick the service you most want the phone to ring for and win that one first.

  • Every service you sell, in your city.

The usual home for a business that wants the whole of what it does competing, not just one part.

  • Your city and the towns around it.

For crowded markets, or when you want the whole service area instead of one city.

  • Google Ads From $250/mo

The paid results, from the day it goes live.

You need work booked this month. Flat fee banded by ad spend, never a percentage of it.

AI Visibility is in every one of these at no extra cost. It is the same work, so billing it twice would be billing you twice.

Paid once

Project work.

  • Or $2,000 alongside any monthly plan. A straightforward business site: home, about, contact, and a real page for each service you sell. Scope beyond that is quoted before anything starts.

  • Scoped per workflow. A single trigger with one or two actions is a small job; branching logic with several integrations is not. Fixed price agreed before it begins.

Work it out

What would it have to bring in?

The only question that matters at this point is how many extra customers the spend has to produce. Set what one is worth to you and pick the rung you were considering.

$1,000

Slide it to whatever a customer is actually worth to you over time.

Monthly plan
Add to it

Every month you would spend

$850

1 extra customers a month to break even
3 to make three times what you put in

Past that, every extra job is profit.

This is arithmetic, not a forecast. It tells you what the spend has to produce, not what it will.

True at every level

The parts that are not a number.

  • Month to month

No contract, no minimum term and no notice period, so the decision to carry on is made fresh every month on whether it is working.

  • No setup fee on the retainers

Citations, profile work and the first round of pages are in the monthly price. Google Ads has a one-time $500 campaign build, which is the only exception and it is five hours of work that does not repeat.

  • AI visibility included

Never a separate line. The work that earns a map pack position is most of the work that gets you named by ChatGPT and Google's AI answers, so charging twice for it would be charging twice for one job.

  • You own everything

The site, the domain, the hosting account, the Google profile, the ad account, the tracking. If you leave, it all keeps working and none of it needs handing back.

  • One person

You work with me directly, from the first conversation through to the monthly reporting. It is also why I take a limited number of clients at a time.

  • The audit comes first

Free, automatic, and before anybody commits to a number. It is also what decides which row above is right for you.

Questions

The ones I actually get asked.

Which one should I start with?

If your website is decent and your profile is neglected, start with the $250/mo profile tier. If neither is working, $500 Local SEO gets one service competing properly, which is the cheapest way to find out whether this works for you. If you need work booked this month regardless, ads are the only thing with no lag.

Can I move up or down later?

Yes, and most clients do. Moving up is the normal path once a tier has paid for itself and the extra reach is worth funding. Moving down happens too, usually when a busy season ends. Either way it takes effect the following month and nothing has to be unpicked.

Can I run more than one of these at once?

Often that is the right answer. Ads alongside Local SEO is the most common combination, because ads cover the months before search has moved while the slower work compounds underneath. Web development bundles with any monthly plan at $2,000 instead of $2,500 for the same reason: a site built with the search work in mind is less rework later.

What is not included?

Ad spend, which is billed by Google directly and never passes through me. Any software you choose to keep, like a CRM. And the Google Ads campaign build, which is a one-time $500.

Do prices change once I am a client?

Not without a conversation and not retroactively. If scope grows because you added locations or services, you get a new number to approve first. Nobody gets a surprise invoice.

What if my market is more competitive than average?

That is the main thing that decides which tier is right rather than what the tier costs. A barber in a quiet market and a plumber in a contested one need different amounts of work to reach the same place, which is what the audit measures before either of us commits.

Free audit

Find out which row is yours.

The audit covers your site's performance, your Google Business Profile, and whether AI can find you. It runs automatically and lands in your inbox in about three minutes.

It is also the thing that decides which of the numbers above actually applies to your market, which is not something anybody can tell you from a price list.

Bot check. Takes about a second.
